What are the advantages of a graphic design subscription service? Saved TIME and saved MONEY. The Sanaa Studio’s subscription service reduces the cost and amount of time that it takes to deliver value to your business. It can be very difficult to get connected to a large design agency or a reliable freelance artist. There is often a long process to get started. The Sanaa Studio has created a system where (literally within minutes) your company can sign up, make requests and have your artwork delivered in just a couple of days. Don't like meetings? We don't either. In fact, we don't do them at all. The hassle of long drawn out exploration meetings, strategy sessions, price negotioations and wait times before your project even gets started is a thing of the past with The Sanaa Studio.
How does the subscription service work? Simply subscribe to a plan and begin requesting as many designs as you like. Your designs will be delivered within a few business days Monday to Friday. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll work to revise your design until you're totally happy with your delivered project. The Sanaa Studio replaces flaky freelancers and expensive agencies with one flat monthly fee and designs that are delivered super fast!
How do I request designs? We allow design requests using the Trello platform. You'll be onboarded into the system as soon as you purchase your subscription. Through Trello, you can easily request designs directly, share documents, images, videos or even recorded messages should you prefer that instead of written instructions. We like to keep things simple, and Trello is our go-to source when beginning your project requests.
How many requests can I have? When you subscribe, you will be able to add as many design requests to your queue as you want. Those requests will be fulfilled one at a time for the duration of your monthly subscription plan.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription? We're aware that you may not have enough design work to fill up an entire month. You may only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's fine! You can simply pause your subscription until you're ready to request more designs. Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future. Monthly charges are automatically recurring. If you would like to upgrade/downgrade, pause or cancel your subscription, submit your desire to change your subscription in writing to: contact@thesanaastudio.com. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
How fast will my requests be delivered? Depending on your subsription plan, most requests are completed within a couple of days to a week. However, more complex requests and added revisions can take longer.
What is your illustration style? We create in a few different illustration styles, but mainly we focus on illustrations that are clean, often colorful, line and shape focused with an emphasis on scalability and minimalism. Think typography illustrations, Family Guy cartoons, newspaper comics, coloring book pages, vector graphics and pop art. *** Highly complex, collage, photorealistic and 3-D illustrations are not created by The Sanaa Studio at this time. ***
How do illustration requests work? Illustrations are fulfilled one at a time through your Trello board request queue. Just submit your illustration idea, subject or topic and we’ll get started on that artwork for you.
Does The Sanaa Studio write copy or edit text? The Sanaa Studio does not write or edit copy. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct text. All text will be applied to documents in the original condition that it was delivered to us. Any text corrections must be made by the client during the request and design process. Requests are unlimited during the active phases of your paid membership.
What software do you use? We design in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva & also incorporate Microsoft Office programs should the project need it.
Are revisions really unlimited? Yes! We'll continue to revise the project, one revision at a time, within the duration of your subscription until you're 100% happy with your delivered designs.
Do you design websites? The Sanaa Studio does not offer the following design services: Websites (creation or maintenance), managing social media accounts, copy writing, marketing, animation, motion graphics, 3D modeling, complex showroom exhibits, video/photo shoots, complex packaging, large scale print projects (whole books, catalogs, magazines, etc.).
Do you work with businesses outside of the Washington DC area? Yes! The Sanaa Studio is happy to work with you no matter where you are in the world.
How large is your agency? The Sanaa Studio is an agency of one, with the addition of partner artists and designers depending on the scope of a request.
What is your refund policy? Because of the speed at which the projects are produced and the high quality of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
